Delivery Costs
Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. If you would like to see a total as you add items please complete your address details after adding the first item. There is no obligation to buy until you complete the order. Charges start from only 93p up to £7.95 for a 25 kg parcel delivered to a UK mainland address (excluding Scottish Highlands) via our non urgent service. Some items will require seperate shipping due to their size or weight and will incur their own shipping charge.

How do these infrared bulbs save energy?

All bulbs produce both heat and light and, although our aim with these is to heat animals, the heat that produced by an infrared bulb is simply lost to the air and dissappears with the natural ventilation. In this case it is only the infrared light that is used to heat the animal and this doesn't transfer any heat to the air.

Because of there being less heat lose to the air it is often negativley suggested that these don't produce as much heat which is 100% true - they produce less wasted heat but the same actual heating effect

Our Energy Saving heat Lamp Bulbs will typically save you 1p / hour compared to the equvilent non energy saving bulb. If you use them overnight they will recover the extra purchase cost within a month.
