These bulbs are intended for heating animals and will probably not fit in your health lamp. As light bulbs are a consumable they can not be returned.

The dog likes it! The lamp makes a good kennel heater, and it sits in a hanging lamp - also from Wells poultry. It gives a full year's service. -
Excelent Keeps the cat's in my cattery nice and warm. My lights are on 24/7 in this weather and this bulb is far superior to the slightly cheaper 150 watt bulb, which only seems to last a couple of weeks. Fantastic delivery service. -
