Chicken Run panels
If you'd prefer to build your own design of hen run we can supply the run panels we used to make our chicken runs. Each panel measure 3' wide. They are constructed from 63x38mm pressure treated timber, covered with 1 x 1/2" 19g prime weldmesh. Don't worry, because this is top quality mesh 19g is more than enough to make the panels fox proof. The panels are available in 3 different heights, 1500mm and then, with an extra timber plinth, 1650mm and 1800mm If you need panels to a specific width we can cope with that and there is no extra charge to make a panel smaller than our standard 3' width. Please contact us with your requirements Each panel is pre drilled to join with the adjacent panel ready to be connected with a set of bolts. We recommend that each run of panels is sandwiched between a top and bottom timber to provide support. We can supply the timber we use in packs of 8 x 2.4m lengths. We suggest you use 4 coach screws to attach each panel to the base timber. We can also supply panels fitted with a pophole and with an access door. |
