Small Pro infrared heater Lamps without Dimmer

These lamps need a minimum height of 90cm above the animal being heated to operate safely.

These lamps are supplied with a generous 5m cable to avoid the need to use an extension lead

We've finally found a manufacturer who's designed a solution to overheating lamp holders in heat lamps. These heat lamps are fitted with cooling fins to reduce the lamp holder temperature and extend the life of the fitting .

These lamps are ideal for whelping a litter of pups, raising chicks or for any other time animals require extra heat.

When not in use these lamps can be packed away, 10 lamps need less than 50x30x30cm of storage space - about the same space as 3 of our standard lamps.

  Excellent product and service received  I bought this to provide heat and a dim night light for a metal shed which is part of my aviary containing foreign finches. I had to encase it in small gauge mesh to prevent my birds coming into contact with the bulb, but it has proved very effective in the recent cold weather.   Good  This item functions as expected and is generally good. However, it is a bit of a battle opening and closing the wire guard. This coupled with the very thin heat reflector means that ours already looks a bit battered round this fixing point.   (14/04/2010) Rich Smith - Swindon
