This is the basic unit that will open at dawn and shut at night fall. It has a lifting capacity of 3 kg and 60 cm, or if used with a pulley 6 kg and 30 cm. With a lightweight door such as our hen door battery life can be up to 4 years.

Excellent product I installed this a week ago and it works brilliantly. I chise to buy the metal door and slides to go with this but it would work with any free-running door. At the moment I think it closes slightly later than I would like but this can be adjusted once I find a small enough screwdriver! - Surrey Hills
Door Opener This is simply brilliant. We installed it with our own wood door. You can set it up with virtually any type of closing using pulleys to direct the line. Very easy to set up and adjust if it closes too early. Early mornings dont have to be so early and the girls get safe at night. Julie - Cheshire
More time in bed The timer and door opener work great, the girls can come out of their house in the morning without waiting for us. Same in the evening, they go in, the door closes 20 minutes later and they are safe and sound. Very straight forward to install. John - New Forest
Wouldn't be without one We've used an automatic door opener for about 4 years now and it gives us great comfort to know that our girls (and boy) are safe in their house after dark.
