It has a lifting capacity of 3 kg and 60 cm, or if used with a pulley 6 kg and 30 cm. With a lightweight door such as our hen door battery life can be up to 4 years.

Great bit of kit This is well built and easy to fit, even though the instructions are not delivered with the item, you can download them from the website. The door opener opens just as it's getting light and closes after the chickens have gone in. It saves me getting up early to let them out, which is great. Alison - Stafford

Does what it says on the tin A great device - makes your chicken house worthy of Wallis & Grommitt! Would have been helpful if dimensions were on the website - it is a little larger than I expected so had to buy pulley wheels etc after it arrived to enable proper mounting. Steve - Ashbourne

Works a treat Delivery excellent, arrived a couple of days after ordering. The instructions for fitting were a bit vague in places, but we got there in the end. Will make life much easier and safer for the hens. -
