  Unfortunately it never got as far as the hens.....  My 11 year old unwrapped our parcel, and as she is used to the rubber dummy egg my sister uses, she watched nonchalantly as it rolled off the table. The look of shock as it smashed on the floor was well worth the price!    -

  Good service  The dummy eggs only stopped our "pecking hen" from attacking both her eggs and another hen's for one day. The eggs are a little larger than expected, but I am persevering with putting them back in the nesting boxes each day, after they have been kicked out.    -

  Not bad.  Good, but bigger than expected. They are not glazed, so the rougher surface is harder to clean. The vent hole at one end is rather large too. Other than that, they work well and have got the hens laying in the nesting boxes.   Nick - Wales

  pottery eggs  had a problem with someone laying on the floor of the chicken house. Used pottery eggs in the nesting boxes and whoever it was has now learnt to use the nesting boxes    -

    item arrived safe, lucy my broody sat on them very patiently ! shes happy and so am I    -

    found one egg broken and eaten so bought dummy egg and no more eaten eggs!!!    -
