For use on the floor, optional stand or can be suspended from the central rod.
This feeder is big - it takes almost a full sack of feed.
We can also supply a rain shield to fit this feeder.
Assembling instructions for 18 kg chicken feeder
Attach the center rod to the base with the bolt. Use 1 washer either side of the base.
The body is fitted with one cross piece. Fit the other in a similar way. Locate one end in the slots and then push the bar down until in locates in the other set of slots. You can gently squash the body to make this easier.
The body will now drop over the rod. Set the height with the "R" clip.

update months on changed to a large plastic feeder with rain hat for outdoors, have now purchased the stand and rain guard for this feeder and reverted back to it, food stays dry 99.9% of the time even with the valleys weather, have had no injuries or problems with any birds, and they form a huge scrum in the morn Nigel - Neath

excellent with no mess have this feeder with the optional plastic feeder ring in the bottom, have hung it at chest height for my birds (inside), using farmgate layer pellets have it set at 2nd hole height and birds feed easily and I get no food thrown on the floor atall - just make sure you hang it from something strong nigel - seven sisters, neath

Instructions Looks a good bit of kit but have not tried it out yet. Just had to put my thinking cap on and apply a lot of common sense to assemble it. Why is that nearly everybody has mentioned the instructions but you have not learnt from it ?????? Trev - Suffolk
