What Else do you need
If running from the mains
If you intend to run the system from the mains you will need to house the energiser indoors or in a weather proof environment. You will then need one lead to the fence and one to the earth stake. We recommend using our high voltage lead out cable
if running from 12v battery
If you intend to run the system from a battery you will require a 12v battery, preferably a leisure battery of minimum 75 Ah, and a means to recharge it. This will need recharging approximately ever 4 weeks.

We've finally found a manufacturer who's designed a solution to overheating lamp holders in heat lamps. These heat lamps are fitted with cooling fins to reduce the lamp holder temperature and extend the life of the fitting .
These lamps are ideal for whelping a litter of pups, raising chicks or for any other time animals require extra heat.
When not in use these lamps can be packed away, 10 lamps need less than 50x30x30cm of storage space - about the same space as 3 of our standard lamps.
