Theale Chicken House from £315.

The Theale chicken house will house for 3 - 6 birds. The main sleeping area is 3'x2', raised from the ground to make best use of the 3'x5' run. Constructed entirely from pressure treated timber, 3/4" (16mm) shiplap on a frame of 1/2x1 1/2" timber, to give this house a real solid feel and many years service with minimal maintainance The roof is corrugated bitumen, designed to stay waterproof for at least 10 years. It also has the benefit of supplying ventilation and is much less likely to harbour mites than a felt roof. Access to the house is via the removable side panel either side, the floor then lifts out for ease of cleaning. The run is accessed via a large removable panel at the front of the run.

The standard house is supplied with an internal nest box leaving enough room for 3 hens to perch happily. With the optional external nest box and additional perches there is room for 6 hybrid/meduim hens .
