Flint Chick Grit is a very hard insoluble grit of great benefit to all poultry. In the gizzard it acts as the birds teeth and performs the grinding action necessary to make the food digestible.

Grit for CPQs This works well with fully grown Chinese Painted Quail. I have been trying to find a fine grit for these the smallest of the quail family. With these smaller bags it has been possible to determine the most appropriate. Ken Pykett - Alfreton
